Hi Cindy, It's hard to imagine anyone even attempting to help you, given that you provide next to no information.
1) First of all, is GeoServer running? Check your Jetty / Tomcat server 2) Can you see the login page at all? 3) If the server is running, do you see any exception in the logs? ... and anything else that would help identifying your issue.
