Hello,
I've got an ImageMosaic store setup with GeoTIFF files and am trying to use
the NetCDF Output Format extension to make WCS requests to the published
layer and get the output in NetCDF format.
It works, but only includes the first band / variable from my layer which
has 5 coverage bands. Asking for a different output format such as GeoTIFF
includes all 5 bands as expected. In searching for more information, I
found the GHRSST NetCDF output community extension which says in its
documentation "The normal WCS NetCDF output will pick the first band of a
coverage and generate a single variable NetCDF output." Unfortunately,
this sounds like what I'm seeing then is expected behavior for the NetCDF
output extension.
Just wondering if anybody knows if its possible to get NetCDF output with
multiple bands? It sounds like the GHRSST extension does this, but the
bands have to conform to specific specifications that mine do not given
that its a different type of data.
