Thank you for your response. I had a look at geoserver log file in the mean
time, noticed that it was expecting java update in a different folder than the
actual update. Fixed the update location and the service started successfully.

Please include the text of the error message from the log file rather than the
image (which is missing).
In general this sort of update should be tested on a non production machine
before risking a production problem.
If this is urgent I suggest that you contact a commercial support supplier
otherwise you will need to wait for volunteer time to be available, which is
unlikely with a windows server setup as I don't think any of the normal
volunteers are using windows.
