You haven’t described your configuration, but perhaps you’ve mixed versions – 
trying to run a nightly snapshot of the JDBC image mosaic plugin (or some other 
plugin) on an earlier version of GeoServer (like 2.13?)

I’m basing that on seeing:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/locationtech/jts/io/ParseException

 

It could be some other cause – can you explain exactly what data you are using 
and what you see on disk?
