Hi,
I need to use REST APIs to create a new user.
According to this post

I tried to send a POST request to the URL:
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/rest/usergroup/service/users/
With request body =
<user>
<userName>Jim</userName>
<password>password</password>
<enabled>true</enabled>
</user>
But it returns 404 Not Found.
Unfortunatily there is no documentations about how to do that, except at the
page of Geofence plugin, which failed to be installed at my machine (MAC OS
Sierra, Geoserver 2.13)
Could you please help.
