Dear Geoserver Community,

unfortunally I have problems to use the i18N  for multi-language Title, not 
sure if it's an issue or if i have wrong settings.

I got the message


  *   line 14: cvc-type.3.1.2: Element 'Title' is a simple type, so it must 
have no element information item [children].
