Hello! The WCS capabilities response in GeoServer version 2.13.0 includes "application/gml+xml" as a supported output format. However, GML is not listed as an output format in the documentation (https://docs.geoserver.org/2.13.0/user/services/wcs/outputformats.html).
Also, it seems that when creating a new WCS layer GML is not listed as an available format.
