The wfs-ng datastore is part of the geotools project, build instructions
are here <http://docs.geotools.org/latest/userguide/build/index.html>. You
should be able to build the wfs-ng module in isolation (rather than build
the whole project). To help I have reported this to the GeoTools issue
tracker GEOT-6310 <https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOT-6310>, and
hope we can pick up conversation there.
