Hi, Why don't you use geowebcache and a gridset?

Currently when defining a layer you can either: - Type in 4 coordinates yourself - Compute from data - Compute from SRS Bounds Working for a municipality for which almost ALL layers will be about the same it would be cool to have this defined somewhere. Current 3 ways have all drawbacks: Typing in the 4 coordinates is prone to errors (and most users do not have it around). Computing from data is error prone if the data is dynamic (or is the extent recalculated??? Compute from SRS results in our 'huge' national bbox. Making all clients zoom to the country bbox instead of the data bbox. Anybody has this same experience, or am I the only one :-) ? Or knows an easy solution/idea for this? Maybe defining it in the Workspace definition? Or the WMS Settings? Not sure on what Entity level you should use this?
