Hi Jim, Thanks very much for looking into this. I was hoping there might be an easier configuration option, but it's good to know that this might easily be changed in the source code. Do you think it would be worth suggesting this as a feature, for example, a check box that would allow GeoServer to use the configured settings for the host server? It would certainly be handy in this instance.
