Hi,

How are you connecting to the wms?

Because the workspace is *isolate* you have to connect to the "workspace
virtual services" as stated here
<https://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/data/webadmin/workspaces.html#isolated-workspaces>

e.g.
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/<*workspace_name>*
/ows?service=wms&version=1.3.0&request=GetCapabilities
