Hi, I'm working on a small python client for the Geoserver Rest API.

I wonder whether there is a standard way to code the name of an element (e.g. a
style) into an atom link. I've seen that e.g. whitespaces are encoded as plus
signs.

Is this a standard or a custom Geoserver translation?
