Hello Jibran,

You apparently need to choose a mapping client that is compatible with
GeoServer and OSM. That said take a look at the documentation
https://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/geowebcache/webadmin/defaults.html

There are many options available on the documentation, however if your
mapping client supports WMS, it should be able to take advantage of GWC
integration with GeoServer, by simply adding tiled=true to your WMS
requests,
