Good morning I am sorry I did not include enough. I have tried again and coppied in all logs for today.
The Geoserver version is 2.18.0 After my initial query and Ian's reply I contacted our server team to see if the proxy was to blaime I am investigating the proxy side as a colleague who uses Spectrum Spatial is having similar troubles. We have a call in with our supplier to open up a port to the OS address. As this is a change there is a one week turnaround so it is being configured on the 28th. I also have an update to the latest version of Geoserver scheduled for week commencing 7/6/21. Hopefully these two steps should help. 2021-05-20 00:24:43,372 INFO [org.geotools.referencing.factory] - Disposing class org.vfny.geoserver.crs.GeoserverOverridingWKTFactory backing store 2021-05-20 00:24:43,512 INFO [org.geotools.referencing.factory] - Disposing class org.vfny.geoserver.crs.GeoserverCustomWKTFactory backing store 2021-05-20 08:45:53,577 DEBUG [org.geotools.data.sqlserver.jtds] - Failed to find JTDS jar 2021-05-20 08:45:53,592 TRACE [org.geotools.data.sqlserver.jtds] - No JTDS jar on classpath 2021-05-20 08:45:53,592 DEBUG [org.geotools.data.sqlserver.jtds] - Failed to find JTDS jar 2021-05-20 08:45:53,592 TRACE [org.geotools.data.sqlserver.jtds] - No JTDS jar on classpath 2021-05-20 08:46:28,611 WARN [org.geoserver.security] - Failed login, user admin from 192.168.53.9 2021-05-20 08:46:28,627 INFO [org.geoserver.security] - Brute force attack prevention, delaying login for 1508ms 2021-05-20 08:46:30,659 INFO [org.geoserver.security] - Strong cryptography is available 2021-05-20 08:46:40,182 DEBUG [org.geotools.gce.arcgrid] - ArcGridFormatFactory is available. 2021-05-20 08:46:40,307 DEBUG [org.geotools.gce.arcgrid] - Creating a new ArcGriFormat. 2021-05-20 08:51:16,809 DEBUG [org.geotools.data.ows] - FinalURL:https://api.os.uk/maps/raster/v1/wmts?REQUEST=GetCapabilities&VERSION=1.0.0&SERVICE=WMTS&KEY=#### 2021-05-20 08:51:16,809 DEBUG [org.geotools.data.ows] - URL is https://api.os.uk/maps/raster/v1/wmts?REQUEST=GetCapabilities&VERSION=1.0.0&SERVICE=WMTS&KEY=#### 2021-05-20 08:51:38,738 ERROR [org.geotools.data.ows] - Failed to execute request https://api.os.uk/maps/raster/v1/wmts?REQUEST=GetCapabilities&VERSION=1.0.0&SERVICE=WMTS&KEY=#### Thanks again for interest and support.
