Good morning

I am sorry I did not include enough. I have tried again and coppied in all logs
for today.

The Geoserver version is 2.18.0

After my initial query and Ian's reply I contacted our server team to see if
the proxy was to blaime I am investigating the proxy side as a colleague who
uses Spectrum Spatial is having similar troubles. We have a call in with our
supplier to open up a port to the OS address. As this is a change there is a
one week turnaround so it is being configured on the 28th. I also have an
update to the latest version of Geoserver scheduled for week commencing 7/6/21.
Hopefully these two steps should help.
