Clint: What is a CADRG Map? Is it a data format (if you re trying to use gdal to access it?) Looking it seems to be some kind of raster format using military standards, “Compressed ARC Digitized Raster Graphics”.
Often with support for military formats folks requiring the functionality are not in a position to collaborate on the public email lists here, instead working with commercial support options.
