(podrían ser varias alternativas, como sugerencia, cuando tengas un problema asi, trata de adjuntar detalles del ambiente/entorno - es decir sistema operativo, como lo instalaste, algun detalle de como lo "armaste" - asi como de subir el log que tira por consola - tal como se ve en el ejemplo del hilo que te pase) En el caso del ejemplo, se soluciono con correrlo en modo administrador.
