Hi Michael, that error seems to imply that the parameters of the prepared statement sent to the database are not correctly set. I would need to check the GeoServer logs in DEBUG level to see the SQL queries sent to Oracle to understand what's happening.
The only unusual aspect of your WFS request (at least for me) is the multiple dots on the type name.
