I've just run some maps with super-imposed points (same location, different geological date), they seem to be all returned... btw I've tried on 2.21.x, I don't have a 2.18.2 with the right dataset handy. Cannot spend more than a few minutes on a user list request... maybe try to disable geometry simplification? It should not affect data in different records, but not sure what else to try.
