If you mean a web cache with geospatial content, then geoserver has several features that can help - geowebcache, cascaded services, etc. See https:// docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/data/cascaded/index.html If that doesn't answer the question, can you say what problem you are trying to solve, and what data you need to handle?
