Perhaps you just need to set the host name on the operating system level.
Or perhaps set it in the jetty webroot .

But when I log in (with id/pswd), there is a problem. The URL becomes http://localhost:8080/geoserver/j_spring_security_check.
Do you know why it becomes "localhost:8080" instead of keeping the server name?
