Hi, Another way would be use the REST api with a script.
Have a look at the doc here : https://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/rest/index.html Hope this helps. We have a need to replicate the layers between two instances of geosyrvers, one running on a ship at sea, and the other running in a cloud server. We can’t share a data directory location, which seems like the typical way to achieve this, because the networking connectivity between the ship and shore is not guaranteed. So the geosyrvers need to be able to operate independently. Is there an established way to do this? I’m not totally familiar with how geosyrvers work, but naively, could it be done by a simple synchronization routine (using tools like rsync or maybe unison) between the two data directories, followed by a “reload” of the server configuration? Is there another strategy anyone could recommend?
