This coordination would be beneficial.
The SIS/GeoAPI is an example of how it has already been beneficial to 
coordinate.
The Big Geo Data white paper recommended additional coordination.
Working with Martin and other OGC members,  I am ready, as OGC staff, to work 
with them and counterparts at Apache.
