For Apache Jena

A free and open source Java framework for building Semantic Web and
Linked Data applications.

Planned work: (anything here?)
update geosparql service
add a mapping layer / develop standard connectivity

Dependencies: (anything here?)
not sure yet, we have used openstreetmap / google in the past. Is there a
mapping service in ASF-OGC-OSGeo that can be recommended for this sprint?
