I just want to confirm that you understand the breakdown the new Feature
Model has between "Type" and "Schema".
Type - captures the allowable value associated with an "Attribute" entry
Schema - captures the order the "Attribute" entries appear in
Your Meta_Type & Meta_TypeAttr & Meta_TypeRel really do look like the
configuration information needed for Gabriel's complex datastore. I
think he is going to "invent" exactly the same thing as you have placed
together.
I also wanted to confirm that you understood the "handles" I was talking
about yesterday (as part of the uDig catalog) do not enter into this
Type or Metadata picture. You could set up a handle to "FeatureSource"
produced by either system, even a "FeatureSource" that has not yet been
created.
