Please have a look at the work i've been doing with FeatureVisitor over
on the aggregates branch:

The min function implementation is here:

So far only the "Min" function has been implemented (using the visitor),
but tomorrow i'll start on the SQL side for PostGIS and implementing
some of the other calculations. Any feedback you could provide would be
appreciated.
