Use a custom Geometry Factory

I noticed that we can't use a specific Geometry Factory while reading a shp
file ( a geometry factory is create in each Handler). I modified the handlers
and the
ShapefileDataStoreFactory ( I added a new Param) in order to let the developer
choose a factory. By default, a new instance of GeometryFactory is used.
