I am CCing the other people that are good with the OracleDataStore here.
Right now the OracleDataStore is only smart enough to check for "X", "Y"
ordinates.
'x','X','e','X','east','X','easting','X','lon','X','long','X','longitude','X'
'y','Y','n','Y','north','Y','northing','Y','lat','Y','latitude','Y'
So if somebody has time to set up a HashMap of the above it would be
cool, I actually would not mind the code review on the existing use of
"X" and "Y".
