The JDBC1DataStore.setFIDMapper() method should call typeHandler.forceRefresh(),
in fact, when the FIDMapper is changed, the typeHandler must clear it's caches,
because the getSchema() method for a given type name, could return
a different schema, due to FIDMapper different behaviour.
