Found this and a reference to "iomart" in email from James from 2004...

Our domain is registered via easyspace.co.uk which appears to be a
'brand' of iomart.com. All all my attempts to communicate with
easyspace have failed so I am CC this message to iomart addresses I
found on their website.
Every attempt to add an entry to the zone table ultimatly creates an
error and the support guidelines on moving the default dns address so
that I can use an external zone managment solution also do not work.
('Add services' only gives me the option of deleting the geotools.org
domain)
The only option which WILL work is to move the domain to a new
registrar but this will cost 50 uk pounds - though paying this feels
rather like giving in to blackmail.
Our sites and version control sites have been offline for nearly a
week and is causing no end of trouble. Easyspace is a mess and its
support system appears to be a blackhole staffed by a autoreply bot.
Can someone at iomart (matt perhaps??) please respond to this message
to let me know that there are at least some humans working over their
who are prepared to give some help!

Our zone table was deleted without waning about a week ago and so far
any attempt to repopulate it fails. The situation is getting
desparate and so far all my attempts to communicat with easyspace have
fallen on deaf ears.
