but you have to register, so GeoTools can not redistribute it.
And you decided to write your own SDO library because the Oracle' one
was slow, that's a very good reason.
Actually they were promising to not support it, download difficulty was
the initial motivation to do some proactive. The code was originally
written for JUMP at the bequest of a client of refractions.
