The purpose of this split was to get a smaller JAR for peoples who use
only the referencing part (which doesn't need the rest of main). It was
a request of at least one user on the mailing list, who just wanted to
reproject data on its own 3D renderer (Geotools doesn't have any 3D
renderer yet).
