Firelab and NURC need to document their desired use of the expanded coverage
facility prior to embarking on the design and development phase.
1] A use case template will be made (Bryce).
2] Bryce writes a use case for Weather Research and Forecasting model output.
3] Bryce writes a use case for AIRS instrument data.
4] Simone or Alessio write use case to cover their interests.
5] Other use cases as appropriate.
The use case template and the completed use cases should be uploaded to the
wiki site.
