In prep for catalog api merge from justin I am killing the catalog
implementations that are in there, and the support for this that is part
of AbstractDataStore, AbstractDataStore2.
The File GridCoverageExchange was more deeply effected, it still
supports discovery GCE, but not longer has an interface based mechanism
for discovery. You can still call the old methods directly.
I also removed the XPathFactory (and XPathDOM, XPathMetadata) support
out of org.geotools.xml.
