GeoTools interfaces right now are based on SLD 0.7.2 (and are used to
renderer Features)
The details of this object are taken from the OGC Styled-Layer Descriptor
* Report (OGC 01-077) version 0.7.2.
org.opengis.sld is based on SLD 1.0 (used to renderer Feature)

And org.opengis.go.display.style also tracks SLD 1.0 - although it is
used to renderer Graphic.
Corey and I will be updating these interfaces to refer to the latest
publish specification (SLD 1.0), we will also allow for LabelShields, to
ensure that the result is flexable enough to allow for experimentation.
