I agree here. The only reason to make it an interface would be for
someone to create different implementations of style objects, but if
that work is already done by the factories then I dont see a need.

Note I am expecting all Parsers, user interfaces and so on to make use
of a StyleBuilder - consider it a set of utility
functions that have already been paramertized by the application.
