Ah, that's easy to fix. Nabble is multi-parented, so I deleted the old associations and put it under Software->GIS and also under SourceForge->Toolkits.

Sure, users can add anything and even move relationships or ad new ones. If you click on More in the forum description, you'll get a link to Modify the forum. The UI could be more intuitive and needs some explanation, but it should allow you to do it.

I'm assuming that the lists you want added to the category are these:

Is that right?

Mail list additions are a little different as you want to set up a forum that is read only as a Parent and then add the children that corespond to the individual mail lists. When you add the children, you will have a check off for a mail list and need to enter the URL and whatnot. Then, it does take an admin to actually setup the list to start working.

Again, if what I mentioned above it right, let me know and I'll have one of our guys get it done for you.
