The Cruise Control build is broken for months anyway. It is broken since
the creation of referencing, coverage and api modules, and never
recovered since that time. In my understanding, it need a manual
intervention from somebody with administrative rights for performing a
"maven build" without a "maven clean" first.
For now we just have to ignore the mail from [CC-Trunk]. However the
automatic mails from Paul Ramsey (nightly) are still working as
expected, and its last mail (a few hours ago) said "Build successful".
