For anyone using the WMS plugin, the return value of Layer.getStyles()
has changed to List<org.opengis.layer.Style>. Previously it was
List<String> where String is the name of the Style. This allows more
metadata to be retrieved from the Capabilities model.
There was also more information added to the Service metadata, mostly
Contact information.
Also min/max scale hints were fixed for 1.3.0 servers (I didn't notice
they were broken).
