I am not sure how the two relate at all, one is an exception, the other
an implementation of filter.
So yeah, ignore my original comment about needing this interface .This
is an issue with porting geotools to the geoapi interfaces. Many of the
gt interfaces declare that they throw an IllegalFilterException which
isn't a runtime exception. So when i port the method to the geoapi
version there are of course problems.
The easiest way to fix would just be to make the exception a runtime
exception. Easy as nothing really has to change except for the exception
class parent, and preexisting code doesn't change.
