I've moved the methods in org.geotools.styling.Styles to
org.geotools.SLD and org.geotools.brewer.color where appropriate.
The deprecated methods in org.geotools.brewer.color.StyleGenerator have
also been removed -- I believe I was the only person using them; the
ColorBrewer class itself is unchanged.
This affects 2.2.x and trunk (just a little housekeeping, see r18088,
18090).
