I already ported this one to the coverage branch, see

but I think we need to change it a bit to be useful with the raster
symbolizer capabilities.

Problem is that actually the recolor operation only allows me to
recolor a category for a coverage but not to completely recategorize a
coverage which is what I basically need for adding support for the
raster symbolizer.

I might have misunderstood the operations flow of Recolor, therefore I
will wait for your answer before proposing a solution.

I am committing all the code I have to the coverage branch, after that
I will try again to merge trunk on it. In case I fail could you give a
hand on this issue?
