In osgeo we're working through what the contributor's agreement will
look like. If you guys could review it and see if there are any big
gotchas, let us know and we can change it. It's not set in stone by any
means yet. There is a FAQ at
http://www.fossgis.de/osgeo/index.php/Contributor_Agreement which will
answer a number of questions about it. And the agreement itself is at:

Please review and make sure you are comfortable with the terms, for
assigning license to the foundation.
