There is no tools.jar on the mac, I will investigate and see if I
can locate an alternative.

This is used for compiling the taglets for @source and @tutorial

point toward that file in a system-dependent way.
I don't know anyway to get Maven point towards tools.jar by itself
(without requirying that we specify the path ourself), but if
someone know a way, I would be happy to apply it.
