Looking at the *new* FeatureTypeBuilder interface there is the following
method:
setCRS(CoordinateReferenceSystem);
however the FeatureType has no CRS property, its on the defaultGeometry,
no big surprise since this is like the old model.
Question is should there should be a CRS on FeatureType as well? If not
the builder method needs to go.
