Now that I am seriously thinking about an IP check would like to review
the complete IRC logs for all the meetings, because at these meetings we
actually check that people have read the developers guide, and give them
commit access. It think this represents one of the best points of entry ...
So once again I ask if we can recover these materials.
Failing this I am going ask for some of Paul Ramsey's Perl time in
fetching the first commit by each developer out of the database (or even
a list of commiters). Frankly I am not sure if this is possible (either
with Perl or with Paul's time).
If you can think of any others suggestions I am all ears.
