Sorry Jody, I haven't modified GeoTools developer's guide following
your previous suggestions due to lack of time.
Moreover I think my guide is useful for quick setup and people who
don't want to read a long guide.
Do not argue, I just argue that we need people to be able to find it :-)
Unfortunately FileLodge doesn't allow html files upload so I'm trying
to move to myFileHut.
Is the wiki not acceptable for some reason?
Everyone can publish my guide as is (keep contents and my name not
graphic layout or colors) downloading it at:

It would be nice if you decide an "official" wiki to put it on and if
you put a link on GeoTools developer's guide to my guide on that wiki.
Dude you can edit the wiki and make it just as official as I can ...
