You can check out the uDig geotools directory, it contains all the
geotools level stuff that
we have not had time to give back to the geotools community yet.
I think most of the subject matter of that patch has been applied? I am
not working on the uDig
project right now...
Without this file, i cannot able to connect to geoserver via Web
Feature sever...
We may want to remove the dependency on that patch and try the tests
again? Or is this something
you have already done...
