I was trying to figure out which branch the Pen state auto build was
watching (and failing on). Here is the link:

If this is another case of the auto build needing a kick, perhaps you
should just turn it off.
I also am under the impression that both Refractions Research and The
Open Planning project are setting up build machines (in a nice show of
community support for stability). I would like to confirm, check what we
are hoping to build...
2.1.x/ maven 1
2.2.x/ maven 2
trunk/ maven 2 (will need someone to confirm it is ready)
And a few of the RnD branches could really use an auto build.
