Not yet, even though the API says it is possible the feature model has
some flaws that prevent this use (so it has not been implemented). For a
working implemention check out the "complex features" branch (see the
RnD page or ask Gabriel), or look into helping out on the "feature
model" branch where we are trying to bring this ability to the wider
geotools community ( see the RnD page or ask Justin).
