I would commit our (minor) changes to geoAPI -- but sourceforge is
offline :(
Do you mean put the JAR on the FTP server?
No on a M2 repo for testing. These will be datestamped targets, possibly
with milestone targets when we think the API is good, and then a RC when
we have something ready for a formal review. If the review went
perfectly the RC would be renamed as a release.
I would prefer to wait! We are going on a slippy road, hapilly
releasing GeoAPI alpha packages has if they were OGC produces (remind
that we use "org.opengis" package name). The content of this JAR has
not yet been adopted by OGC. I would prefer to keep the JAR on some
"less widely known" server like the Refraction one or
maven.geotools.fr, and put only final, OGC approved releases on
SourceForge FTP!
Good so we are on the same page then :-)
Otherwise peoples who are not following the work on this mailing list
may think that what they see in the JAR they downloaded from
SourceForge has been discuted at OGC meeting, which is not yet the case.
Martin.
